Victor Bernardo

Victor Bernardo, born in Guarujá, São Paulo Brazil, grew up in a small surf community filled with friends and family called Vila Baiana. Coming from humble beginnings, Victor began surfing his dad’s boards at the age of four and started competing at 6. It was also then he picked up his first surfboard sponsor, hardwave surfboards. After competing on Shine Surfboards from 11-23, it wasn’t until 25 when Victor decided to hang up his jersey to join Album Surfboards and Banks Journal as a free surfer. He now feels more comfortable than ever, having the ability to surf a wide variety of boards and explore different aspects of his surfing.
