Shipping & Deliveries
France : 3,50€ / free over 75€
United Kingdom : Delivery is free on orders over 75€ (5€ for orders below). We deliver using Chronopost. You will be delivered at home and it actually takes 6-8 days. Good news : We now ship DDP - You won't have to pay any duties at delivery.
Germany, Spain (excl. Canarias et Baleares), Belgium, Italy, Luxembourg, Netherlands, Austria, Denmark, Finland, Greece, Portugal, Ireland, Sweden: 5€ / free over 75€
Bulgaria, Estonia, Hungary, Latvia, Lituania, Poland, Romania, Slovakia, Slovenia, Czech Republic and Croatia: 13€
Iceland : 25€
Switzerland: 5€ / Offered over 100€ orders (products are shipped from FRANCE. Keep in mind that if your address is in SWITZERLAND, you’re going to pay additional taxes.)
If you email us prior to your order having been shipped out we're more than happy to help you out. If we've already shipped out your order just get in touch and we'll figure out what we can do, which may involve you needing to ship back the order once you receive it. Just be aware that we do not cover return shipping. Please contact email@example.com if you have any questions.
We usually ship our orders out same day, but please get in contact with us at firstname.lastname@example.org if you'd wish to cancel your order and we'll see what we can do.
You can track your order by clicking the link found in the shipping confirmation email. Please allow 1-3 business days to receive your shipment notification email after placing your order.
From the time of ordering, please allow up to 8 business days for processing, packing and delivery depending on your country. Most likely you will receive your order within 5 days of purchase. We only ship Monday - Friday, so if you place an order over the weekend, we'll get it out first thing Monday morning.
*The delivery times provided by us are estimates only. We will not be held accountable for late deliveries or loss or damage relating to late deliveries. All reasonable attempts to notify you will be made using the details you provided. Please ensure you enter the correct delivery address. We cannot be held responsible for incorrectly entered delivery addresses.
If you are not happy with the products your ordered, we will be happy to accept a return for a full refund. You have 30 days to contact us to launch the return process.
Items must NOT be WORN, ALTERED, DAMAGED or WASHED.
The customer is responsible for covering the return shipping fee.`
Note that Paypal has a refund return costs offer (up to 30€) for many countries. Check out their website.
If the above conditions are met, and the item is in perfect resalable condition, you can return regular priced merchandise within 30 business days from the day your receive the goods for a full refund or exchange. We will not assume responsibility for misdirected, lost or damaged return shipments.
Once we have received your products at our warehouse, we will refund you within 1 week.
We cannot be held responsible for an incorrect address being entered on your order or if you have moved. Address Confirmation is given on the review & buy page in the checkout section of the site. If this is not noticed until after your order is finalized, please use our contact form for Customer Service immediately.
